Unfortunately I wasn't able to record the livestream session this month, but I sat down and recorded this podcast-style session as a replacement for that. I hope you enjoy it and find it helpful! Next month you can expect the usual livestream-format session from me.

My patrons would be the first to know if I ever wrote anything about mental health :) it's one of my favorite topics to discuss!

Also, thanks to everyone who asked all these wonderful questions, especially about derivative art, boredom, and envy. These were all on my mind but I just thought they were personal issues, like a character flaw or beginner troubles, and not a problem for seasoned artists. The responses make me feel so much better. BTW, I would love to read any articles/books if you ever decide to write on mental health topics! ;)
