2024-08-01 10:37:13 +0000 UTCglad you found it helpful! it is definitely common for artists to get into that headspace because art is so much about improvement and wanting to be better. it can take a dark turn when we constantly think we are not good enough! that's why it's just as important to learn to be okay with our skills :)

It sounds so reasonable when you explain it, it's crazy how we get into our heads and become our own worst enemies.
