I absolutely loved this tutorial. I feel like things really started to click for me. But when you said, the illustration took a long time and it was 3 hours I died a little bit inside :p

2023-11-29 11:30:52 +0000 UTCI usually use search terms like “messy room” or “cluttered house.” Usually images that have a negative descriptor attached to them tend to be from real people. Although it always takes a lot of sifting to find pictures that aren’t stock photos!

I’ve been struggling with perspective over the past few weeks and have spent so much money on books etc. I never thought to try this grid method. This simplifies it soooo much more for me than trying to pin point exact measurements and vanishing points. I’m still gonna practice with perspective but this makes it “click” for me. Thank you for this tip!!!
