Added 2023-05-31 08:17:14 +0000 UTCThis month started rainy and cold, and ended warm and sunny. I spent so much time enjoying nature in my backyard! Spring definitely came late this year but now that it's in full swing, I'm so happy.
Here's a little review of how this month has gone for me:
BACK TO DOING EVENTS
I’ve been doing a lot better and managed to go to Playgrounds: The Art Department in Berlin, where I met some of you! It’s always amazing to meet my patrons face to face and it means so much to me! I’m also going to be attending Lightbox Expo in October. For those of you who can’t make it, don’t worry, I will be at Playgrounds again next year, even if just as an attendee. Events like these are so important to me, because connecting with the art community is a reminder that we are not alone and that there are so many others out there to relate to!
PROCREATE
I’ve been spending a lot more time drawing in Procreate lately. My old iPad broke but I managed to replace it and I’m trying out some new workflow techniques! I’m having a lot of fun with it and will be finishing up and posting a lot of my procreate sketches in the coming weeks. I also want to do next month’s tutorial in Procreate, and make it more of a loose draw-with-me format so you can draw along with it more easily. I’m so excited to make it and I can’t wait to share it with you!
