Another update is here already, can you believe it? And no, it's not bad news that prompted it – far from it in fact, but we'll get to that in a second.
Sidequest update
After the little scare from last month, progress is back on track and things have been pretty smooth sailing since. Naturally, we are a bit behind our original schedule, so we decided to redistribute some sidequests originally planned for this update to Truth, later down the line. However, we are also taking steps to guarantee the same number of outfits promised (and even more, depending on how you count!) As a reminder, that's 12 new outfits, or 19 if you consider alternate versions separate! If you follow us on Twitter, you might have already seen a few that we've teased. Please note however that due to our change of plans, some of them will not be included in the next update, but will be implemented alongside Truth.
While we cannot give a precise release date presently, we're feeling fairly confident that we'll be able to release this update by the end of August at the latest. Once we have a clearer picture, we'll make sure to set a release date.
Merch update
First, I'd like to thank everyone who took the time to respond to our survey we sent out last time, it greatly helped us gauge interest. We're currently using that information to consider how we want to go forward with the plan, and are toying with the idea of doing an initial smaller release to see how many people actually buy the things before committing to it 200%.
With a bit of luck, you can expect to see the first merch pop-up alongside the release of the next update – but no promises. This is the first time any of us have done something like this, so things can always go unplanned.
