Added 2021-12-21 09:23:31 +0000 UTCSome head studies! I’ve been trying to adjust my workflow a bit in order to maintain the spontaneity of my first sketch. Normally I do a very loose first sketch and then a more detailed skech on top, but for this workflow, I only made one sketch. I tried to make my first sketch a bit cleaner, and then go straight from that to color. I also wanted to try a rendering style that was more about enhancing and supporting the sketch than painting over it. Basically I just want to keep the flowiness of my initial lines intact in the final render. So I tried to scale back the amount of detail and keep the painting style quite simple. Hope you like these!
