EARLY ACCESS // seceda study
Added 2021-09-21 17:00:03 +0000 UTCA friend of mine took a road trip through europe a few weeks ago and posted an incredibly inspiring photo of Seceda in Italy. I had to use it as a reference for a study!
I’m still trying to figure out how I can capture depth and those finer, smaller details. I’m also still trying to work out which brushes really ‘click’ for me when drawing environments. I tried a new brush set that helped a bit, you can find it here: http://cbr.sh/bzotu4?ref=loish

2021-09-24 07:48:34 +0000 UTCI keep coming back to the way that upper right corner cloud creates an uneven mixed soft and hard edge so the corner of the painting disappears into the margins. It feels lively and has drawn my interest every time I checked my email since you posted.

This person has a really interesting process (and outcome!) that I dig that feels alot like sculpting to me. https://www.deviantart.com/ilikeyoursensitivity I am just in love with their lighting and the soft transitions. :D
