This is a bonus artwork for November and also the commemorative artwork for reaching 3000 followers on Pixiv.
Been a while since I've done a regular Nep and what can I say, I love drawing Neps so I had a blast working on her. I'm extremely pleased with results and I hope you guys like this surprise as well! :D
