MOAR progress on Uzume (Mia witch costume)~

Interestingly enough, the palette for this outfit is super simple. However the artist added a ton of glows, ambient lights and complex shading, that's why Mia's costume looks so colorful in the official sprite. x3
I'll be done with this shortly.
