bottom tier has access to everything
second tier can vote on a character for me to draw a few images of
third tier can be a where 2 people will be chosen at random and can have images drawn of them
but before i started anything i figured id ask the lot of you your thoughts cause your the ones who are paying money or if it should stay the same
