Found something interesting. In the 1997 VHS release, when Luke is falling down the shaft after losing his battle to Vader, they edited it to make Luke screaming. It was a poor edit in my opinion, reusing a scream from another person (very obvious). I’m glad they left the screaming out, it makes it more poignant, and the revelation of Vader being his father being more horrifying than potentially falling to his death.
