I know you both have TONS of movies to review. But if you can squeeze in “Society of the Snow” I would love you even more. This is a story very close to heart for many South Americans, especially Uruguayans. I know people will mention 1993 “Alive” (please don’t watch that one. Even the survivors hated that movie and how their story was depicted. Changed their story just to make it Hollywood-like). Society of the Snow actually has Uruguayan actors (which was very touching) and has recently been nominated for two Oscar’s. Hollywood always likes to tell Drug Cartel stories about South America but we are more than that. I think you would feel very touched, view how far you’d go to survive etc., just overall amazed by this story.

Not sure if either Ash or Hannah have watched the star trek series from the 80s and 90s. The boy telling the story in Stand By Me was Will Weaton. He had a big part in the Next Generation. Harrison Ford, of Star Wars fame was just getting his career started 4 years before Star Wars, in a small part in the movie American Graffiti.

Con Air is unintentionally hilarious. Everything about it screams 90s hamfisted action cheese. You almost expect a villain character who's scowling at the camera to say "HRRRGH, I'm the BAD GUY. I've got the BAD GUY music cue playing while I mug it up for the camera". And then cue the GOOD GUY music which is a lone guitar and a marching rhythm on a snare drum. Nic Cage gets off the bus and shakes his mullet in the wind in slow motion. It's one of my favorite movies of all time. Fucking hilarious
