Great movie! Most of the best horror movies are with kids. The Exorcist, The Omen, Pet Sematary, The Sixth Sense, Let the Right One In, Poltergeist, Case 39. You all should watch Siler Bullet by Stephen King. This is why I never had kids. Yeah, I know Esther wasn't a kid, but I guarantee she was a psycho when she was. This was a great reaction. You need to watch Terrifier with Art the Clown.

It's weird, when this first came out I thought it was okay but wasn't a big fan. Then the sequel came out so I rewatched this one and the second time watching it I really enjoyed it!! However, I'm not like some people who seem to really like the second one. The second one to me had a somewhat lower quality to it. Idk how to explain it but it wasn't all that great imo, and I felt like the storyline got pretty ridiculous and not as interesting as this one. But that's just how I felt 🤷‍♀️ It wasn't bad bit I don't think it's that great. I'm super excited to watch this reaction though! The twist in this one I always thought was really unique and original.

You asked about the named condition being real and it is but it is a generic condition that wouldn't necessarily make a person look like a child. I only Googled it and Hypopituitarism shows a long list of possible symptoms. For a person that does have a condition, pituitary dwarfism, that seems like what we saw in the movie; look up a woman named Shauna Rae. She is 23 but is 3'10" tall and looks like she is a typical child of 8-12 depending on how she is dressed.

I was so nervous Hannah would somehow guess the twist when she said “how old is this girl?” almost immediately after they introduce Esther, but then again I doubt anyone could predict that 😂

Classic Esther is one of the most iconic horror movie characters ever made. When this came out everyone was taking about it because her performance was so good and she just left a mark that many people became aware about.

Great choice! Now watch The Orphan....age from 2007 and I can run around the house crazy. 😈👻 I would personally recommend the sequel to THIS film as well. It’s actually “better”. 😲 “Nobody was more shocked than me”.
