I would suggest watching Spartacus: Gods of the Arena next after season 1. it will tie alot of stuff together and make future seasons make sense.

This episode is by far one of the best episodes, but wait until you get to episode 5 and 10. They are quite emotional and the 2nd season... 'vengeance', is an absolute art form
