About tutorials in the future

For example, if you join in NOV, you will get one tutorial from OCT(vol.2) and one from NOV(vol.3), if you join DEC, you will get one from NOV(vol.3) and one from DEC(vol.4) and so onγ
This will keep you all can get all the tutorails as easy as possible.
