If you're looking to add new gags, something like https://www.deviantart.com/ryner-e/art/Aeria-and-Freya-811902802 might be good. If add in the plastic bag on the head (or a similar mechanic), you could replace it with tape over the nose. Basically something to force a time limit on the player.

I'll try to add pantyhose and a transparent tape gag. And also the sound volume settings will soon work. I want to add a new model, but not in the near future. Thanks for the interesting ideas.

I'm liking the changes, though if there was a way to turn off the music that'd be great. It's rather loud! Loving the new gag, customization options and such. Any chance of more enemies, more hazards (bag on head, vibrator etc) and possibly expanding the thing where the enemy adds restraints each time you are captured?

will you at some point update the character model? if not could you add some thicker eye brows maybe more hairstyles later i can send you some hair suggestions later i understand if your focusing on other things though
