Added 2023-04-04 03:36:44 +0000 UTCI often do this kind of practice to build my visual library, practice new shapes, and test things in my workflow. Only the last fantasy armor is my original design. The others are clothing and a cosplay from pinterest that I transferred to the base body I am working over. I was focusing on getting nice material definition with as few layers as possible while still keeping the flexibility of changing color schemes on the fly.

Yes I paint the whole base body separately and use it like a mannequin. It makes one less variable to think about.
