Mer-May Rouge
Added 2021-05-25 22:12:05 +0000 UTCI wanted to do something for Mermay and weirdly ended up doing rouge the merbat.
Based on Darnact's Version of rouge as I have seen his version so much more that shes basically canon in my head.

This looks great! Never seen a mermaid Rouge before, but I can definitely see the appeal.
