In the non first test version she tenses the cock every couple of throbs. The first one is mediocre, but the last one is huge! Similarly in the 4K version but more.
Need to do one final animation, a cock vore one where Liara uses tiny fem Shepard for pleasure. The idea is driving me crazy. 
So soon this illustration will be an animation 😈
