Progress Update 4

Hey guys and girls!
There are a few important things to discuss, so lets jump straight into it.

Unfortunately, as I said in progress 3, the last two weeks were... Tough. There is no sugarcoating around it, but the uni is kicking my butt at the moment. I am doing well so far, but I am having neither time nor the strength to work on ep4 while studying for it and commuting every other day 4 hours to attend. Just to visualize it a bit, in the last 14 days, 5 days were spent in any way or form working on game related stuff. Only that much. Factor in that 2 of those days were spent on monthly + custom renders for Falazio tiers, and that leaves us with only 3 days where I actually worked on the Episode 4. Abysmal.

And that's only the start of it. I've completed one exam (I think I passed as I've left it with a good feeling, still waiting for results), and I have 3 more exams before Christmas alone. And in January, I have the remaining 5 exams and 5 group projects, all with their terrible deadlines, presentations, group meetings and so on. As I've always tried to, I am open and transparent, and don't want anyone thinking I am deceiving or any of the sorts. Due to that, I'll openly say that January will be even worse, and I can't promise that I'll make any meaningful progress towards Episode 4 during it. My goal is to finish uni and its exams from first attempt, and unless I fluke a lot of exams, it should start easing up a bit after January. Still one whole semester remaining after, but it's the easier one of the two, with less classes (2 vs 5 now) and one big project instead (hard one, but actually spread out in weeks).

What does that specifically mean for you/Episode 4?
- As I said, expect slow or non existing progress till end of January. My focus is first and foremost uni, while also trying to maintain my mental health. Working/studying overnight and causing myself migraines is only the last resort
- Yesterday I asked openly my patrons if they'd prefer I stopped billing in January, as I felt I am disappointing them with not delivering anything to show. If you didn't vote yet, please head over here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/poll-about-75884519
- As there isn't anything to show if I barely work on the game, I'll pause progress reports till end of January so I don't feel the pressure to work on the game while I am unable to do so. If I manage to get something done, great! If not, so be it
- Patrons only -> I'll decide later what I will do with monthly render/customs for January and how to deal with that part, depending also on that poll results
