Added 8 locations filling the entire Los Santos Port (Ocean Docks) area. To match Soundize.
Added 400 bollard lights all over Las Venturas.

Fixed a rare crash in the "BUYFD" script.
Fixed the "Yay Courier" submission being canceled when approaching The Farm.
Fixed passengers appearing in parked taxis.
Download version 07-25. For beta supporters on 01.08.25 (DD.MM.YY) and 01.09.25 for the public. Possible bug fixes will be updated in the same download link.
