I found a violet growing today, in a crack in the concrete.
Some situations call for a moment to grieve, to stop and feel it all. It’s okay to have that. We need to have that.
But then, when we’ve exhausted our tears and rants and rage, we become a tiny seed in the cracks that blooms where it shouldn’t. And gives everyone a little (much needed) hope.
My inbox is always open, and I will do my best to keep reminding you of all the delightful queer joy that we can squeeze out of even the toughest times.
With love and violets,
-Heart
