“When I had Beth over the spanking bench later, I gave them some hard hits with a paddle and said I wasn’t going to rub after: If they wanted a rub, they could call Betty over and ask her politely for one, and then it was up to Betty.
It was nice and embarassing for them. It also made me more comfortable for future wailings on them, because after that I just started paddling them and if they wanted to stop, they had to call Betty over for a rub.
Betty became our safe word.”
