I Want/I’m Offering
Added 2023-09-15 01:13:09 +0000 UTCAt the beginning of the night I put some sticky notes out as a casual ice breaker. The notes on top are things you want to offer to the group. The notes below are things you’re requesting.
I’ve edited names for privacy, but you can see for example that I was offering pretty heart-shaped marks with my impact wand, O was offering spankings and scratches with her claws.
It’s up to individuals to take a look at the list and follow up with the giver or receiver, but the idea is to give folks more ways to get their needs met. A little hint or assist to get the ball rolling.
We had a guest who used the night as a safe space for puppy play, and this was a gentle way for her to set some boundaries and explore that.
(Please note Anna with the brattiest request of all time…)
It was exciting to see this list of offerings and desires grow over the evening, and even more exciting to watch them come true.
