The new cover of Superhero Illustrated was bold as it was beautiful. The white one piece suit clung to Power Girls powerful frame and relaxed posture. This was her declaration. It wasn't just another swimsuit feature—it was a loud and bold statement to the world.

It caught everyone's eye, why would it not, it was Power Girl on a cover after all but the most talked about detail was that unmistakable "S" shield next to her crotch. It was impossible to ignore, it immediately raised questions among fans and insiders alike, newsrooms reached out to the Watchtower for a statement. Is it a tribute? A message? Or something far more personal? But no statement has been issued by the Watchtower or any other close representatives.

Sources close to the superhero community suggest Superman was less than thrilled about the public display. It is known he was not prepared for this and was blindsided.
