That anime "Gushing Over Magical Girls" was a doozy, that's for sure. One of the really small number of ecchii anime that was released uncensored, and some episodes are downright creepy. It just tackles so many fetishes of so many variants... Though, I do find it funny how the normally shy girl like Utena (her real name) turns into a dominatrix as Maga Baiser, and her fascination of magical girls (which are real in her world) into a perverse obsession. Yeah, that restraining order might not be enough. Better develop some hidden taser gun Sailor Mercury.
