Reddart quit
Added 2017-06-02 16:15:28 +0000 UTCSo adding another heaping helping onto the shit-plate life has been feeding me with lately, Reddart, our new tileset and background artist, has decided to quit Crisis Point in order to pursue work outside of videogames. This leaves me in an awkward position; none of her tilesets were technically finished, as all of them were going to be updated with more tile variety as the project continued. Now, that's obviously impossible. Arsministrator thinks he can replicate her style at least to some degree, so it's possible that he could handle new tiles in those sets, but we don't know for sure yet, as Ars was recently involved in an accident that's left him unable to work for a month. I'm already working to get a new tileset artist, but they're in extremely short supply in the adult games world, so I don't know how long it's going to take, or if that person's style is going to match up with Redd's. If it doesn't, it's possible that I'll have to throw out Redd's tiles completely and start over from scratch. Needless to say, the next person I hire gets a contract..
