Common v.26 issues

Hey everybody! So now that v.26 is out in the wild, there have been a few issues people are running into.

The first, and most devastating of these, is a fatal crash whenever a shader is turned on, the first of these being when you enter a Caves area for the first time. The first, easiest solution to this, INSTALL/UPDATE DIRECT X!

Shaders require DirectX to function, and there are several shader effects in Crisis Point now. Even if I implement the ability to turn them off, you'll be missing out on a LOT of effects by doing this, so if it's possible for you to install DirectX on your machine, do it. The game should run with no problems after this. For those of you who cannot install/update DirectX for whatever reason, I'm working on a fix for the issue now, just know that it will leave you without any shader effects.

The other issue I've heard is that some people are getting stuck when using the new Kilogrip ability. I'm going to need your help on this one, guys; no matter what I try, I cannot reproduce this bug. If you're one of the people suffering from it, please try and get a video or description of exactly what happened leading up to it! I'm at a complete loss on this one..

Sorry about that. I found that bug a few weeks ago and I just completely forgot to fix it before release. It's on the list for next update (or hotfix, depending)!
