v.21 release
Added 2016-03-10 03:18:12 +0000 UTCWell, v.21 is finally out. I sent out all the links a few moments ago, and though it's a very small update in terms of content, hopefully the KIND of content makes up for it a bit. There are only two things added this update:
UPDATE v.21 CHANGES
-H-animation detail and climax scene for new enemy
-Tentacle CG/Game Over scene (with voiceover) added
I was hoping to at least do some bugfixes before releasing, but I'm going to be heading out of town tomorrow, and I won't be back at my computer until late Friday - so that would have delayed the update until Saturday at the very earliest. Not really worth it just for bug fixes. The good news is, I think I'm getting out of my slump now. All of these announcements for the game have got my spirit back up a bit, so with any luck the next update will be a good one! (I'll also be trying to stream again soon)
UPDATE v.22 GOALS
-Slime CG/Game Over scene added
-Implement new powerup (flamethrower)
-Move keyboard shortcuts such as Minimap to options menu
-Create more content (areas)
-Fix more minor issues
Well, I don't have too much else to say - all of the exciting things happened over the last few days. So for now I'll leave you guys to v.21 and the new CGs. Hope you enjoyed it, and I'll see you in the next update!

Crisis Point DOES have controller support, but since I don't do any of my testing on gamepad, I can't guarantee it will always be consistent for now - my suggestion would be to keep a keyboard nearby while you're playing on a controller, just in case something doesn't work quite right. If you do ever run into any problems with it, please let me know via PM or a comment so I can fix it for the next update! (look at the control prompt when you start the game for instructions on how to activate gamepads)

Sorry you had to deal with it twice. You can still go around the long way, and I'll make sure it's fixed for the next update.

2016-03-19 14:25:31 +0000 UTCGreat update as always! Just a minor bug on my end (maybe I'm the only one): after the 2nd boss there is a room with a wall that you can move with the grapple shot. These past two updates have it where the grapple does not pull the wall away from the door (no shortcut). Thoughts?

Sorry to disappoint, but since you changed your pledge to $10 in the middle of the month (my email shows the 10th), you're unfortunately going to have to wait until April to get the update. I don't send updates out until after a successful pledge of $10 or more, and Patreon won't be charging your card again until early April.
