Latcher's updated animation

I didn't have to change too much to make it look acceptable, it was mostly Alicia's awkward right arm hanging around doing nothing, and a few small adjustments here and there. Update is still on schedule! I won't be able to get the new area implemented, as I feared - the tiles aren't ready yet and the Summit isn't finished anyway.
