Regarding v.075

Hey there, everybody! Wanted to shoot you a quick update to assure you that v.075 is coming very soon (probably on the 14th) and give you a quick look at the boss's H-scene. It's a vore scene, as mentioned before, but as I've said I have no intention of adding anything overly gruesome to Crisis Point - no gore, for example. The scene will likely end in a fade out, so you can all imagine whatever you want happens after that point. http://i.gyazo.com/5c01e3308c701a9c9ba803d27c3f5eef.png Detail isn't quite finished yet, but I'm pretty happy with how it looks so far considering I've never tried to draw 'innerds', lol. In any case, I hope you vore-lovers out there like it, and if not, feel free to shoot some suggestions my way and I'll see if I can work 'em in. Another quick question I forgot to ask before - how are you all finding the first boss fight in terms of difficulty? I have some ideas to raise the toughness of it, if people are finding it too easy. Thanks ahead of time for the feedback! -A42

You commented on the actual v.075 release post, not this one :P Yes, the boss is beatable. Try playing in fullscreen, v.075 has an issue where the boss's tells (bits of ground flying out of the walls, like the tentacles) don't show up very well in windowed mode. If you can see them, and you learn his patterns (he only has 4 different jumping patterns), then you can learn where to stand to dodge and attack him effectively! Hope that helps! If not, I changed the fight a bit for v.08 to be more engaging and challenging, but also more forgiving. You'll see what I mean soon!

Could have sworn I commented at one point on this, but is the first boss supposed to be beatable?

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed the game that much! :D Just to clarify, the next update to the game will be v.08, and it will (hopefully) be released in the first few days of February. I do a major update every month - this is the first time I've done a minor update, just because I didn't think there was enough content to justify charging my patrons, so I wanted to make up for it. If the last version you played was v.05 though, you're gonna have a lot of new stuff in v.08, so I hope you're looking forward to it! And thank you again for the kind words! -A42

Hi Anon, no problem I do understand your concerns, however rest assured I am impressed with what I see so far so will definitely be a long-term supporter for this game, I downloaded the 0.05 preview on your home page via Drop Box and instantly fell in love with it. :) So I'd probably have to wait until version 0.8 or 7.6, depending on if you want to make your next update after 0.75 a major or minor update - so I'll just stick with version 0.05 for now until your next update after February - no biggy! Keep it up, :)

Hey there, thanks for the pledge! Unfortunately, you'll have to wait until February to start receiving updates. I had some major issues with piracy in the past, where people would pledge, take the update, and then remove their pledge before it could be charged, so I had to change the way I release updates. Every month, when pledges are charged, I send the update out manually to each person whose donation goes through successfully. Pledges aren't charged unless they're active at the moment Patreon starts charging cards, which is on the 1st of every month, so you won't get charged until February 1st - but that also means I can't send you the updates until then. Sorry for the inconvenience! Let me know if you have any other questions though, I'll be glad to answer them!

Hi Anon I started pledging to you from today, does that mean I can't download previous versions like 0.7 or below, and will have to wait until this 0.75 is released in order to start getting access? Apologies for my newbie question I'm new to the Patreon community.

First boss being easy to medium difficulty is always a plus, Ive played plenty of metrioid style Hentai games but to many people trying to be darksouls was very common and also very annoying, often using exploits to beat the boss, I mean cheating exploits like animation clipping or using invulnerability frames as damage bypass. Just have a few mechanics, or possibly teach you a new thing you haven't seen before, such as off screen attacks that do minor damage but teach you it will happen again. Or a telegraphed attacked that does heavy damage, but slow, giving its the first boss. Think of the first boss as a reward, not a punishment. As for the gore scene, hopefully a bit more sexy things happen before the fade to black, but so far it looks great.
