Ballet Poses

These are 4 images for an upcoming commission for Fabiounicorn Link, Link who's a regular in Picarto stream chat.
After being given a description of what the client wanted I went ahead and watched some videos of actual ballet and studied images ballet dancers. In my head I was able to construct a possible scene in my head. Then it was a matter of viewing over and over and settled on these 4 poses for the client to select.

Yes that's what noted when I did the series of ballerina sketches. Since ponies already are walking on their toes.

2024-04-24 06:52:31 +0000 UTCI actually decided against it because it almost cliche pose to have a ballerina in, and much ballet is not done on point.
