One thing he'd expressed that human Gilda have styling similar to Faye Valentine from the anime series Cowboy Bebop. Link When we're first introduced Faye she's wielding a HK MP5K. Link So I gave Gilda one as well.
I decided the best way to to echo Gilda's feathers on her head was to give human Gilda a variant of pixie haircut with dark highlights at the front tips.
