Like yoga, and gymnastics, pole dancing is an excellent way to improve your understanding of anatomy, body mass and how it interacts with gravity, and movement in general.
This Saturday 7/22/23 starting at 5:30pm Pacific I'll be streaming again on Picarto. This weekend I will giving some advice on how I go about creating the drawings I do.
