Well in my Equestria dreamscape that has happened to Stone Mane and Applebloom. For Stone Mane he was just annoyed by the fact he needed to get to work and his work harness was suddenly not fitting right.
For Applebloom it was a profoundly different experience. What started out as a simple act of helping Stone Mane out turned out very different. The filly suddenly found herself pressed up against the colt she was in love with in a way she'd never imagined, and now cannot stop thinking about it.

It's like the border between their current relationship status-quo is hair thin and only needs just itsy-bitsy push to change. Seriously, I can see the other 2 CMC get frustrated watching the couple and simply lock them in a small dark room for 1 hour and see where it goes afterwards. Okay, who am I kidding, Sweetie probably has too much fun watching her friend and not-yet-coltfriend dancing around each other to actually do something this drastic. Scoots might be more likely to do it.
