Link Since her retirement Princess Celestia's has been able to dispense with the concerns of running a kingdom. No longer does she have bother herself with matters like diplomacy, balancing the Kingdom's budget, war, and natural disasters.
However she still has to deal with personal disasters and tragedies. Like the painful loss of some cake at the beachside resort her and Luna are staying at.

It's always been neat how you are able to show a hidden side of all of the MLP cast. It gives them that much more depth beyond what is seen in the series. And slice of life scenes like this are just so precious. A retired Celestia just having a very mundane moment. :)
