Diplomacy

This time it's the mare from the diplomatic party to Saddle Arabia that appear in the Season Three episode Magic Duel. I haven't seen an official name from Hasbro, but she's called Amira by some in the fandom. I went for a kind of genie theme with her outfit while incorporating design elements of her outfit in the episode.
