Added 2017-09-27 17:56:32 +0000 UTCIn anticipation of my Picarto stream on 9/30/17 when I will have as a special guest the artist, instructor and longtime friend Jeff Bramschreiber on the stream talking about and demonstrating Ancient Egyptian tomb painting techniques.
This is a piece I did in 2004 on actual papyrus. I used my usual colored pencil, technical pen and white gouache technique with it but I had to adjust my techniques since papyrus has different properties than Bristol Board since it is not a paper. But Jeff can do into greater detail about that this Saturday starting at 5:30pm Pacific. Hope you can make it!
