As with previous milestones Petina decided to once again enlist Fluttershy's help for the celebrations. However I think Fluttershy needs to clarify a couple things because Petina seems to be getting the wrong idea about rodeos in Equestria.

Flutter's obliviousness knows no bounds! Neither, it seems, does Petina's drive to attempt to find out how far she can push this particular envelope. Petina, darling, you are positively spoiling Flutter's with all this attention! Imagine how left out Twilight and AJ must feel?!
