Unfortunately I am a sucker for shows that rip your heart out and stomp on it, so this show is right up my alley haha. Watching Jiwoo self sabotage over and over again is hard to do. His coping mechanism for so long has just been to run from his feelings. He tries to put up wall after wall to keep from feeling to much, but Seojun keeps making him confront things. Both have unhealthy attachments, but in different ways. Seojun, for better or for worse, clings to things and doesn't let go. He also places so much of his own happiness and stability on others and when they inevitably aren't there he doesn't know what to do with himself.

"Maybe the people who like this see themselves in the flaws of these characters? We are all not so good at being βadultsβ or at least we are not it in all areas, because ofβ¦reasons?" Perfectly put Yowela! ππ½

What is it that makes me enjoy this I wonder? One, i watched it all in one go. Season 1 and 2 so It has always been one whole story for me. The second reason is that it stretches out and has this realistic perspective which we don't get in BLs so often.
I love that itβs not about getting together, its about how to stay together. I love this so much! Why should they stay together, we are forced to ask this question. And maybe while watching one can decide that it all seems like a hassle and should be given up on and that is valid but the interesting thing is that different people feel differently about this. I hope they both get over themselves (in different ways) and choose to be happy, open. I love that the obstacles for them (like in life) are themselves and not some external force.
