Just a quick, friendly reminder about subscriptions and refunds 🌼
I’ve recently received a few messages from people asking for a refund for the whole payment after subscribing 1 day — saying it was a “mistake” or that they “didn’t mean to subscribe.”
Let’s be honest here 😅
Before you subscribe, Patreon doesn’t just randomly charge you. You go through several clear steps:
👉 Choosing your tier
👉 Entering your payment info
👉 Confirming your payment in the final step
So yes, you knew what you were doing.
And even if it was a mistake — you still got access to all the exclusive content in that tier for a whole day (or more!). It’s simply not fair to view the content and then ask for your money back. I hope you can understand that 🙏
