Hi! Just watched your cheese stuffed balls video and I wanted to let you know what you’re not alone. I have similar thoughts and those thoughts are intrusive. You literally can’t help them. I recently have been diagnosed with anxiety and OCD. And similar to your experience, I was very upset about previous mistakes when I made when I was younger. I’m getting the help I need and I hope you get better too ❤️

Hi guys! So an at home otc remedy for mouth or tongue sores is to mix 1/2 liquid Benadryl and 1/2 liquid antacid then dab it on the sore or just swish and spit. It helps the pain ~so I’ve heard since I’m not a doctor or diagnosing or treating anyone~ just heard that it might help is all 😀 and good for Orlin eating his healthy soup and staying away from the beautiful cheeeese , so hard to do! Keep up the great work guys! Love and hugs
