I hope you find a diet that is easy for you to maintain. I did the carnivore diet for the last 4 months of 2020 with some exercise every other day and lost a shit ton of weight. Now Iโm back to eating fast food and whatever I want but I have been able to ramp up my exercise to burn about 400-500 calories a day. Itโs much nicer than vegan; felt like I was starving my brain on that, lol.
