Long story short...... I’m allergic to sulfa, there is sulfur in the Durians I just ate, and I’m feeling like death. Horrible body aches and pains, super swollen around the eyes, and constipation.... and I’m NEVER constipated. Ugh. So Orlin came to the recuse and got lots of Fibrous and laxative fruits and veggies. I’m starting my day with two coconut waters and next I’m about to have some dragon fruits. Those white looking things are called Nonie, they are medicinal and commonly used in Colombian ancient medicine. It’s a fruit that grows on a bush, I think. I’m waiting for my molybdenum to arrive In the mail tomorrow. DURIAN IS NO JOKE!!!!! Drinking lots of water and trying to eat a shit ton of fiber.

You ate too much durians in one go nick. I’m from malaysia and we all know not to eat too much in one go. We can get overheated and get sick !!

I was diagnosed with BED and I think watching people eat (especially in excessive amounts) is a trigger for me, so I think im going to have to delete YouTube and unsubscribe from here.
