Serious update

Ok so 2 things. Number 1, will be doing a live stream again soon, but would like to know if you prefer Thursday evening or Friday evening. I know it’s impossible to suit everybody — as it’s an international group here — but I need to make a decion that best suits a majority :) ok haha 😆 please comment below what you think.

Second... I’m getting a ton of messages on here, wayyyyyyy more than I ever expected — more than half of you are looking to talk back and forth.

Somebody messaged me 17 times in 30 minutes with things like “Hi.” “Hello.” “Are you there?” “Why aren’t you responding?” “Hello ?” “Nick?” “Hello?????” “Do you think my boyfriend likes me?” “Nick?” “He told me he can’t come over even though he’s with his friend Mike.” “Are you there?” Ok.” “Why are you ignoring me.” “Hello?” “I’m so mad, this is a waste of my money!!!” “You’re so rude for ignoring me!!!!” 🤬🤬🤬 and I was literally driving when my phone was going ding ding ding ding ding ding 😢omg it was so stressful and this is not what I’m able to handle each day.

Please remember, patron is for extra content, its a subscription service. You are paying for content to enjoy. That’s really it. It’s for artists or creators to offer perks or additional content for a subscription price. Nowhere does it say to chat with me all day. While it would be so cool to get to know you like that, It would be humanly impossible to keep up with nearly 1,000 people all day long asking for direct attention— all at the same time! And then to have them get angry that you don’t reply 5 minutes later??? Oh no honey, no... I’m going to snap in half with so many demands pulling me in a hundred directions.

Please remember, Patreon is for extra content outside of YouTube, it’s not going to replace Youtube. I post 50 videos a month which amounts to hundreds of hours of filming, editing, rendering files, and all of the legwork required to get the video onto the platform and have it promoted. Some videos take days to put together and many are scheduled ahead of time with overlapping schedules. 50 videos a month... 99% of youtubers can’t say that.

I know it sucks but please don’t take it personally. 😭😢It’s not that I don’t like you, it’s that there are hundreds of you and only 1 of me. If you put yourself in my shoes, you’d hopefully see that I have to prioritize my time to serve the greatest amount of people at once.... which means being consistent in creating, filming and editing new content.... not answering messages about your day.

Some influencers might pay people to answer direct messages pretending to be them, but I feel like that will make things worse and I’m just not prepared to do that to people. That’s a recipe for a scandal not knowing what is being said to people IMO. Also, it would be a total disservice to my brand new Producer Patrons who will have my number in a few days. Why would they pay for a $300 top tier if I was giving the same attention to everybody else paying $8. I have to make it make sense so that I can juggle everything on my plate and keep everybody happy. That’s also why I rarely sit and reply to Youtube comments— or even heart them! The number one thing that separates me from everybody is my work ethic and the sheer amount of content I make for everybody on YouTube. If I put more hours into replying to comments, it would mean way less videos.

Also, if you don’t want to pay for a top tier but have a question or two for me, just chat with me on Cameo! 🤗It’s so much easier and a better way for me to prioritize my messages and not let people thinking I’m deliberately ignoring them — I’m not! I’m just 1 person with lots on my plate, kinda like my Mukbang tray! LMAO 😆 there’s a lot of people, things, and deadlines to meet, and it takes time to get to everybody and everything, one by one.

Thank you for reading and thank you for putting yourself in my shoes to see where I’m coming from. I cannot reply to everybody’s messages and I ESPECIALLY feel anxious reading some messages like I saw today saying “hello where are you” 15 times. It’s gonna stress me out so hard core and if that’s what you want out of Patreon, please end your subscription, because I am physically unable to commit to that.
