Trouble with the law (again)
Added 2017-12-04 22:27:43 +0000 UTCI'm typing this letter to you from Bogota, which is the capital of Colombia. We had to make an emergency trip to get here... Mind you, this is not a walk in the park. Bogota is 17 hour from our house by bus. It's high up in the mountains. It felt like a never ending rollercoaster getting here. Orlin and I are both suffering from elevation sickness at the moment, due to the shock in altitude. It's not snowing or anything like that.... but we went from 88 degrees F to 58 degree F. So we're shivering a bit.
I'm not able to go into any detail until the case is over.... just please know that we are safe and doing okay, I just might be absent for a few days from social media. We're actually hoping to head out late tonight, but we have to check the bus schedule again. I'm in a hotel that has Wifi, thank god.
I hate having to leave our animal so suddenly, but we were promised this would only take 2 days max. We left tons of food and water for the animals. They should be fine. Cats are very independent anyways and the birds sleep 14 hours a day. But still.... I feel bad. But we had no choice so last minute.
We are being thrown around in circles... This person says 1 thing, this person say another thing. I honestly don't know how anything gets done here, and Orlin agrees that it's pretty bad and untimely.
Anyways, hopefully I can chat with you guys tomorrow on YouNow! We'll see! Thanks for the support and love everybody. Patreon also emailed me to say that 5 people deleted their support. If possible, and if you're comfortable doing so, please let me know why you're choosing to leave. (again, only if you're comfortable saying). I want to know how to do a good job here and keep in touch with you, so any feedback is greatly appreciated :(
