I went back and pulled out the manga for the scene that’s flashed back to from S1 E6. In the manga, Marin is actually a little annoyed he didn’t do anything inappropriate. The anime is tweaking Marin to be a little shyer. I wonder how they will handle the next episode? I may be ranting…

Next week episode will be a very important one about this and it was the moments I was expected to see the most in anime so I cant wait ! we often talk about how Wakana puts Marin on a pedestal, but Marin does it as much with him.
