Team Chi all the way, Hina was great but Chi is definitely the better fit for Taiki. Manga is cooking up some good stuff for Hina so keep your heads up Hina fans.

2025-03-23 11:11:37 +0000 UTCThe better parts of Blue Box start now. This arc was interesting but got a bit toxic at the end of it, the rejection was needed. Now Taiki has the opportunity to faithfully pursue his crush.

2025-03-23 11:10:42 +0000 UTCFortunately Chi is, Hina was lowkey unintentionally toxic before the rejection.

2025-03-23 11:09:15 +0000 UTCIt was the right thing to do for Hina but I'm team Hina I like her so much more

2025-03-22 19:06:48 +0000 UTCRelationship are so tough, I feel so bad for Hina but I think it was the right thing to do from Taiki. I hope both of them have a happy ending.

2025-03-22 07:04:24 +0000 UTCHina truly is the most tragic of Losing Heroine, sadly. Love her more than Chinatsu, but unfortunately, Chi is the Taiki's main love interest

2025-03-22 06:46:26 +0000 UTCI’m probably in a minority, but I liked the love triangle arc. Don’t get me wrong, it’s cliche as hell. But, it’s more fleshed out than other manga where one or more of the characters are unlikable or bland. All of the characters in this triangle are good. Reading this week by week, I expected the rejection. Everyone knew Taiki would end up with Chi. It was just a matter of when the rejection would happen and it was still extremely painful. But Hina was done right. At least she gave it her best shot, but we knew how it would end from the start.

2025-03-22 02:44:28 +0000 UTCIts normal, like oregairu, people complain about hachiman choice Yukino over Yui. The events in the manga are all well constructed and connected. Nothing is by chance. Anime viewers can not understand and stay attached to Hina.

2025-03-22 02:26:09 +0000 UTCSeason 2 if they make one, i would say logically they will but you just never know with Netflix, signs are that it’s doing well so it should get a season 2 fingers crossed. But season 2 will adapt the best portion of Blue Box. A lot of people that don’t know what’s coming and are upset about the result of this season, will look back in hindsight and much prefer where it eventually goes.

2025-03-22 01:24:34 +0000 UTC^^ What Ethan said. When these chapters originally came out Taiki got quite a bit of heat for the decision. The character development that follows is so well done though and is received pretty positively, really hope they get a season 2 or people read the manga after the finale.

2025-03-22 01:10:15 +0000 UTCWhen I read this chapter back in 2022 it hurt and it hurts now with the anime. the worst thing is that Chinatsu and Hina are unhaltable characters where other anime you at least hate of one of the love interest of the MC
ivan reyes
2025-03-22 01:08:31 +0000 UTCwhich is so weird because most people that have read the manga will tell you, the portion of blue box that is the love triangle between Taiki, Chinatsu and Hina is easily the worst part of the entire thing, so it’s so weird that people are so diehard on Hina being done wrong

2025-03-22 00:40:59 +0000 UTCI was so scared the anime would end on this part. But that may be because of the manga, i don’t know why but Taiki as a main protagonist got slammed pretty hard by the community and a lot of people were upset at how he came across in the manga, a lot of the criticism was that he came across as emotionally tone deaf and kind of lacking empathy for what he was doing to Hina. I think the anime did an amazing job to adapt this moment faithfully and managed to address those portion of fans who hated it in the manga. Personally I love both, maybe the direction and music swayed me to preferring how they did it in the anime.

2025-03-22 00:38:16 +0000 UTCIt already has. It's almost like certain groups of "fans" can't follow the story.

2025-03-22 00:27:11 +0000 UTCI just hope this doesn’t turn into a ReZero case where the MC Subaru got hated on for picking Emilia and not Rem. Taiki definitely doesn’t deserve any negativity, he was always truthful and loyal about his feelings for Chinatsu. The story from the very beginning was always about Taiki x Chi. Sorry Hina…
