The whole infant switch between Ah-dou and Anshi is a unconfirmed speculation Maomao made based on a throw away line by Ahdou and some very light circumstantial evidence.

I don't think it's ever been outright said what Jinshi's parentage is, only that it becomes clear if you've been paying attention and taking notes.
