Crunchyroll didn't translate it, but the version of Gluttony that Julius is fighting called him "nii-sama" (older brother), which is why Julius suddenly looked so shocked. Also, the Lye Batenkaitos version of Gluttony referred to Subaru as "our dear, beloved hero" who is supposed to come and judge them. This may have just been a reference to Subaru's broadcast, but it also sounds an awful lot like something Lye was told before: "You'd better be ready, Sin Archbishop! I promise you, my hero will soon be here to bring you to justice!"
